• GNAT reserves the right to approve or reject applications.
• Membership is activated only after approval and payment of fees.
• Membership is valid for 1 year.

2. Fees & Renewal

• Membership includes a registration fee and annual fee.
• Members must renew before expiry to maintain active status.
• Accounts will be deactivated after 60 days of non-renewal.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use the platform ethically and legally

4. Events

• GNAT may conduct events open to members and non-members.
• Participation certificates will be provided where applicable.

5. Donations

• GNAT may collect donations for various causes.
• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless specified.

6. Job Opportunities

• Job postings are available only to GNAT members.
• GNAT is not responsible for hiring decisions by third parties.

7. Internal Features

Members may access:

• Internal nominations
• Team meetings
• Polling systems

These must not be misused or manipulated.

8. Communication

Users consent to receive communication via:

• Email
• SMS
• WhatsApp

9. Suspension & Termination

GNAT may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the platform
• Violation of terms

10. Limitation of Liability

GNAT is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party services or failures

11. Changes to Terms

GNAT may update these terms at any time.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
